Implant could replace credit cards

Think of the scenario, you have just enjoyed a lovely meal, with someone you are trying to impress, you reach into your pocket for your credit card and the sudden rush of reality that you have left it at home, hits you like a tonne of bricks, the blood drains from your face, but soon returns with a vengeance, leaving you red face.

Well a new idea that is being put forward will stop the chances of this ever happening again. It’s entails implanting a chip into your arm, this will only be the size of a grain of rice, and so it will not be unsightly. It will work by sending radio waves to the cash register and ATM’s that will let them know who you are and your details, to finish ant transaction.

Though civil rights campaigners have claimed it to be the ultimate invasion of privacy, leaving you open to some company being able to follow your every movement any time of day.
