How to complain
If you have been mis-sold something or wish to complain about any lender or credit advicsor their are no formal procedures. However you can get in touch with your local trading standards office. If however the credit card is from a bank or building society then they are bound by the banking code .
The Consumer Credit Act 1974 contains more information and rights about consumer credit.
Check that the credit card provider is registered with the finacial services authority ( FSA ).
